QRT’s culture of innovation continuously drives our ambition to deliver high quality returns for our investors.</p> <p><strong>Your Future Role at QRT</strong></p> <ul> <li>Your core objective is to support the full recruitment cycle for our intern and graduate positions.</li> <li>Efficiently manage the end-to-end recruitment process while guiding candidates throughout each stage to ensure a positive candidate experience.</li> <li>Develop and maintain strong working relationships with Hiring Managers to support effective hiring decisions.</li> <li>Plan, coordinate, and attend campus-based activities, including in-house days and interview days for students.</li> <li>Collaborate closely with the Campus Team to deliver a global internship and graduate recruitment programme.</li> <li>Strengthen and expand QRT’s presence across campus and industry events.</li> </ul> <p><strong>Your present skillset</strong></p> <ul> <li>1–4 years of recruitment experience within the technology, data science, investment management, or fintech sectors; in-house campus recruitment experience is preferred.</li> <li>Hands-on experience with recruitment platforms, particularly Greenhouse and LinkedIn.</li> <li>Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, with additional languages considered an advantage.</li> <li>Highly organised and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage competing priorities and drive tasks through to successful completion.</li> <li>A collaborative mindset combined with strong critical thinking, analytical skills, and creative problem-solving abilities.</li> <li>Comfortable operating in a high-performance, fast-paced, and continuously evolving environment.</li> </ul> <p>QRT is an equal opportunity employer.
