This is a strategic enablement role focused on building the operating foundation of R&D. The role drives clarity, structure, and visibility across teams, empowering managers to execute effectively at scale.

Success in this role is measured by clarity, alignment, and continuous improvement across R&D.

Key Responsibilities

Tools, Data & Dashboards.

• Own R&D execution tools (primarily Jira): structures, workflows, templates, and reporting.
• Design and maintain executive and team-level dashboards for progress, risks, capacity, and delivery.
• Automate reporting where possible to reduce manual overhead.
• Ensure a single source of truth for R&D execution data.

Planning & Execution Support

• Support R&D managers with yearly/quarterly planning.
• Drive consistent planning, estimation, and tracking methodologies across teams.
• Enable dependency management across teams and disciplines.

Continuous Improvements

• Facilitate progress updates, reviews, and escalation forums.
• Evolve R&D ways of working as the organization grows.

Cross-Functional Alignment

• Support alignment between roadmap priorities and R&D execution.
• Improve cross-team and cross-function collaboration and transparency.

Requirements

Requirements:

• Experience in PMO, R&D operations, execution excellence, or similar enablement roles.
• Strong understanding of R&D environments (software, hardware, systems, or hybrid).
• Hands-on experience designing tools, dashboards, and execution frameworks.
• Strong analytical, structured, and systems-thinking mindset.
• Data-driven mindset with a passion for improving execution.
• Comfortable influencing without direct authority in a fast-moving scale-up.
• Excellent facilitation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Nice to Have

• Deep Jira expertise at an organizational level.
• Experience supporting multiple teams or disciplines.
• Background in HW/SW development environments.
