Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Engagement Manager – Generative AI to lead client programs focused on AI and GenAI solutions. This role is responsible for managing end-to-end project delivery, partnering closely with clients, and ensuring successful execution of AI-driven initiatives. You will serve as the key link between business stakeholders, technical teams, and leadership.
Key Responsibilities
Lead end-to-end client engagements for Generative AI and AI/ML initiatives
Partner with clients to understand business challenges and identify AI use cases
Drive project planning, execution, and on-time delivery within budget
Work closely with data scientists, AI engineers, and product teams to implement solutions
Convert business needs into well-defined technical requirements
Manage stakeholder communication and share regular project updates
Ensure high levels of client satisfaction and identify opportunities for account growth
Support pre-sales efforts including solution discussions, proposals, and estimations
Track risks, dependencies, and maintain delivery quality
Required Skills & Experience
8+ years of experience in IT services, consulting, or project delivery
Demonstrated experience managing AI, ML, or Generative AI projects
Strong understanding of LLMs, chatbots, NLP, and AI-powered automation
Experience working with cross-functional technical teams
Excellent client communication and stakeholder management abilities
Solid knowledge of Agile, Scrum, and project management methodologies
Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions
Good to Have
Hands-on experience with GenAI platforms (OpenAI, Azure OpenAI, Google Vertex AI, etc.)
Understanding of Prompt Engineering, RAG, and LLM-based applications
Previous experience in consulting or client-facing delivery roles
PMP or Scrum certification
