Experienced Maintenance Tech with Carpentry skills pertaining to building maintenance (i.e. painting, plumbing, electrical, carpentry, drywall, renovations etc.).

Qualifications
Minimum of 1 Years Experience in Building Maintenance & Carpentry
Electrical ~ Basic Knowledge & Experience
Plumbing ~ Basic Knowledge & Experience
Carpentry ~ Basic Knowledge & Experience (framing, drywall)
Painting ~ Basic Knowledge & Experience (interior and exterior)
Other attributes such as work history are taken into consideration as well
MUST pass background clearance
MUST have reliable transportation to and from QSI Office in Penn Hills
MUST have Valid Driver’s License
