Now, we're growing - and looking for an Assistant General Manager who's excited to step into a leadership role in one of Michigan's fastest-moving industries.
What You'll Do
As the Assistant General Manager, you'll be the right hand to our General Manager - helping run the day-to-day operations of a fast-paced retail cannabis store. From managing team performance to making sure our customers leave smiling, your leadership will help us continue setting the standard for retail cannabis in Michigan.
You'll:
- Lead and motivate an awesome team of budtenders and support staff.
- Deliver exceptional customer service and ensure your team does too.
- Help track and optimize store performance through daily sales metrics.
- Assist with cash handling, inventory management, and compliance processes.
- Be a go-to person for scheduling, training, and team development.
- Bring fresh energy and clear direction to a high-functioning retail environment.
- Keep things running smoothly with support from our Inventory, HR, and Compliance teams.
What We're Looking For
You're a natural leader, team player, and problem-solver. You're organized, confident, and thrive in a busy retail environment. You know how to keep things fun, professional, and on track.
You've Got:
- 3+ years of leadership or management experience (bonus points for cannabis retail).
- 2+ years of retail experience, preferably in a customer-facing role.
- Strong communication and team-building skills.
- Familiarity with POS systems, Google Suite, and (ideally) METRC, FlowHub, or Dutchie.
- A passion for cannabis and a willingness to learn more about the plant and the industry.
Requirements:
- 21+ years old with a valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- Able to pass a background check.
- Comfortable being on your feet, lifting up to 40 lbs, and working weekends/evenings.

Shifts & Schedule
- Full-time (40–45 hours/week)
- Day, evening, and weekend availability required
- 8–10 hour shifts
- Rotating weekends
