<br>Qualicare Durham Region is a nurse-led, CARF-accredited home care organization expanding its clinical services under a new Workplace Safety and Insurance Board (WSIB) contract. We provide professional, recovery-focused care to injured workers who require in-home services across Scarborough.</div><div><strong><br>Role Summary</strong></div><div>
<br>RPNs provide hands-on nursing care to WSIB clients in the home, supporting clinical stability, safety, and daily health needs under RN oversight.</div><div>Extended or continuous care assignments (3–24h) are structured as employee roles in accordance with regulatory requirements.<br><br>

<li>Provide in-home nursing care aligned with care plans</li>
<li>Support medication administration and monitoring</li>
<li>Observe, document, and report changes in client condition</li>
<li>Collaborate with RN Care Coordinators and clinical leadership<br><br>

<li>RPN in good standing with the CNO</li>
<li>Minimum 3 years relevant clinical experience</li>
<li>Community, rehab, or complex care experience preferred</li>
