<br>Qualicare Durham Region is a nurse-led, CARF-accredited home care organization expanding its clinical services under a new Workplace Safety and Insurance Board (WSIB) contract. We provide professional, recovery-focused care to injured workers who require in-home services across Durham and Central East Ontario.<br><br>

<strong><br>Role Summary<br></strong><br>
</div><div>We are seeking Registered Nurses to provide in-home nursing care to WSIB clients, supporting recovery, safety, and independence following workplace injury or illness.<br><br>
</div><div>This role includes <strong>short-duration nursing visits</strong> (medication support, clinical monitoring, wound care, education). Extended or continuous care assignments (3–24h) are designated as <strong>employee-only roles</strong> and offered under separate employment terms.<br><br>

<strong><br>Key Responsibilities<br></strong><br>

<li>Deliver in-home nursing care in accordance with care plans</li>
<li>Monitor client condition and escalate changes appropriately</li>
<li>Provide education to clients and caregivers</li>
<li>Document care accurately and in compliance with WSIB standards</li>
<li>Communicate with care coordinators and clinical leadership<br><br>

<li>RN in good standing with the CNO</li>
<li>Minimum 3 years clinical experience (community preferred)</li>
<li>Strong assessment and communication skills</li>
<li>Reliable transportation<br><br>

</div><ul>
<li><strong>$45–$50/hour (contract, visit-based work)</strong></li>
<li><strong>$38–$42/hour (employee)</strong></li>
