<strong><br>Role Summary<br></strong><br>
</div><div>We are seeking experienced Physiotherapists to provide <strong>in-home WSIB rehabilitation services</strong> for injured workers who cannot attend outpatient clinics. This role focuses on mobility, strength, pain management, and functional independence using evidence-based interventions.<br><br>

<strong><br>Key Responsibilities<br></strong><br>
</div><ul>
<li>Complete in-home PT assessments for WSIB clients</li>
<li>Deliver individualized, goal-oriented rehabilitation programs</li>
<li>Address mobility, strength, endurance, and pain management</li>
<li>Progress treatment plans within WSIB treatment blocks</li>
<li>Educate clients on self-management and recovery strategies</li>
<li>Complete WSIB-compliant documentation and reporting within timelines</li>
<li>Collaborate with RN assessors and interdisciplinary team members<br><br>

<strong><br>Qualifications<br></strong><br>
</div><ul>
<li>Registered Physiotherapist in good standing with the College of Physiotherapists of Ontario</li>
<li>Minimum <strong>3 years clinical experience</strong>
</li>
<li>Community, orthopedic, or rehab experience preferred</li>
<li>Strong documentation and organizational skills</li>
<li>Comfortable working independently in clients’ homes</li>
<li>Valid driver’s licence and reliable vehicle<br><br>
