<br>Qualicare Durham Region is a nurse-led, CARF-accredited home care organization expanding its clinical services under a new Workplace Safety and Insurance Board (WSIB) contract. We provide professional, recovery-focused care to injured workers who require in-home services across the Port Hope/Cobourg region.<br><br>

<strong>Role Summary<br></strong><br>
</div><div>PSWs provide essential personal care and support to WSIB clients recovering from workplace injury or illness. Care is delivered under the direction of nursing and rehabilitation professionals.<br><br>

<strong><br>Key Responsibilities<br></strong><br>

<li>Assist with personal care, mobility, and daily activities</li>
<li>Support safe transfers and positioning</li>
<li>Follow care plans and report changes in condition</li>
<li>Document care accurately<br><br>

<strong><br>Qualifications<br></strong><br>

<li>PSW certificate or equivalent</li>
<li>Experience in community or complex care preferred</li>
<li>Reliable transportation</li>
<li>Strong professionalism and communication skills<br><br>

<strong>$21–$25/hour</strong>, based on experience and acuity</li></ul>
