Welder – Off Shift (2nd or 3rd Shift)
Location: Richmond, VA
Pay: Commensurate with experience (shift differential available)
We are looking for 2 skilled Welders to join our team on an off shift (2nd or 3rd shift). This role will support our automated welding operations, with opportunities to work with cutting-edge technology in a fast-paced production environment.
\n- Operate and monitor robotic/cobot welding equipment.
- Perform welding tasks in accordance with specifications and safety standards.
- Inspect finished welds for quality and accuracy.
- Maintain a clean and safe work area.
- Collaborate with the team to meet production goals.
- Previous welding experience required; robotic/cobot welding experience preferred.
- Ability to work a 2nd shift (2 pm – 10 pm) or 3rd shift (10 pm – 6 am); must be flexible to complete an 8-hour shift.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new technology.
