Position Overview:

 

As a Staffing Account Manager (Sales), you will play a crucial role in our company's growth by cultivating and managing client relationships. Your primary focus will be acquiring new clients, maintaining existing accounts, and ensuring exceptional service delivery for our skilled industrial and engineering clients. This role requires a deep understanding of staffing solutions, strong sales acumen, and the ability to navigate client needs effectively.  The Account Manager is responsible for identifying their leads and acting on the leads that recruiters generate.  The Account Manager is not responsible for recruiting.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Client Acquisition and Relationship Management: Prospect and acquire new clients through sales techniques like cold calling, networking, and referrals while building strong relationships with key decision-makers. Understand client staffing needs to customize solutions and conduct regular meetings and presentations to update clients on services and performance.
  • Account Management: Serve as the primary contact for existing clients, ensuring their staffing needs are met efficiently. Monitor client satisfaction and address issues promptly while collaborating with internal teams to coordinate staffing assignments and manage expectations for seamless service delivery.
  • Sales Strategy and Growth: Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve targets and expand the client base by identifying growth opportunities within existing accounts through upselling and cross-selling. Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions to adjust strategies accordingly.
  • Operational Excellence: Collaborate with recruitment teams to align candidate qualifications with client requirements while ensuring compliance with company policies, procedures, and legal standards. Prepare and deliver reports on sales activities, pipeline status, and client feedback.


Qualifications:
  • Extensive experience in sales within the staffing industry, demonstrating a deep understanding of industry dynamics and client needs.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to establish strong rapport and credibility with diverse clients and stakeholders.
  • Proven track record of consistently achieving or exceeding sales targets while delivering outstanding client service and fostering long-term relationships.
  • Strong ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, adapting to changing priorities and challenges with ease.
