About this role

1st Shift CNC Machinist/Programmer

Pay: Up to $33/hr (Depending on Experience)

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 6:00 AM – 4:30 PM; Saturdays 6:00 AM – 12:00 PM (56 hours/week)

Possible Temp-to-Hire: After 90 days


Job Description


We are seeking a CNC Machinist/Programmer to support the manufacturing of industrial equipment and components. This role reports to the Shop Foreman.

Responsibilities:
  • Read and interpret shop machining drawings.
  • Program, set up, and operate CNC Lathes and Mills based on shop drawings.
  • Maintain high precision, holding tolerances as tight as 0.0005".Mm
  • Program on Fagor, Fanuc, Haas, and Heidenhain controls using G-code (experience on all controls not required).
  • Use precision measuring equipment, including calipers, micrometers, and dial bore gauges.
  • Consistently produce accurate, high-quality parts.
  • Arrive to work on time and maintain a professional work ethic.
  • Work safely in a heavy industrial environment.
  • Lift up to 50 pounds as needed.
  • Work required hours, including occasional Saturdays.

  • Strong attention to detail and precision.
