Role Summary

We are Paid Media Specialist to manage and scale high-budget, multi-channel paid advertising programs for one of the largest technology companies in the world.This role demands deep, hands-on paid media expertise combined with strong SEO and GEO knowledge. Candidates must understand how paid and organic growth strategies intersect at enterprise scale.Paid media experience is non-negotiable.SEO/GEO capability is mandatory.

Key Responsibilities

Paid Media (Primary Responsibility)Plan, execute, and optimise paid campaigns across:Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube, Performance Max)Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram)LinkedIn AdsProgrammatic / Display networks (as applicable)Manage large advertising budgets with strict performance KPIsOwn full-funnel performance: awareness, acquisition, remarketing, and conversionDrive continuous optimisation through testing (audiences, creatives, bids, landing pages)Ensure accurate conversion tracking, attribution, and reportingDeliver insights and recommendations based on performance data
SEO & GEO (Mandatory)Strong working knowledge of SEO fundamentals and executionKeyword intent mapping across paid and organic channelsOn-page SEO optimisation for paid landing pagesUnderstanding of technical SEO basics and site performance factorsGEO strategy experience: localisation, regional search behaviour, and market-specific optimisationAbility to align paid media strategy with organic visibility and search demand

Required Experience & Skills

5+ years of hands-on paid media experienceProven experience managing large accounts and significant ad spendsPrior exposure to large enterprises or global technology brandsStrong expertise in Google Ads, Meta Ads, and LinkedIn AdsSolid understanding of GA4, Google Tag Manager, and attribution modelsSEO and GEO experience as an integrated part of performance strategyStrong analytical skills with a performance-driven mindsetAbility to work directly from client office in BangaloreSTRONG VERBAL AND WRITTEN ENGLISH COMMUNICATION SKILLS
