About the RoleWe are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Media Sales Business Development Manager (BDM) to join our dynamic team in Dubai, UAE. This role is pivotal in driving revenue growth by identifying and securing new business opportunities within the media sales sector, specifically focusing on the Meetings, Incentives, Conferences, and Exhibitions (MICE) industry. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of the UAE market, a proven track record in sales, and excellent communication and negotiation skills. As a BDM, you will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies, building and maintaining client relationships, and achieving sales targets. This is an excellent opportunity for a results-oriented individual to make a significant impact in a fast-paced and rewarding environment. We are looking for someone who can join immediately and contribute to our continued success. The compensation for this role is up to 10,000 AED per month, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
Key Responsibilities
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the MICE industry in the UAE.
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals.
  • Negotiate contracts and close deals.
  • Track and report on sales performance.
  • Attend industry events and conferences to network and generate leads.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction.
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices.

Required Skills & Qualifications
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in media sales, with a focus on the MICE industry.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
  • Strong understanding of the UAE market.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
  • Self-motivated and results-oriented.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
  • Immediate availability to join.

Additional InformationThis is a full-time position based in Dubai, UAE. The successful candidate will be required to work onsite. The compensation package includes a competitive salary of up to 10,000 AED per month, along with potential performance-based bonuses.
