About this role
- Tối ưu hóa yêu cầu và phát triển tính năng cho các hệ thống dữ liệu của hệ thống kho dữ liệu DWH toàn hàng, các data product khác trên nền tảng dịch vụ quản trị và phân tích dữ liệu của ngân hàng và Ecosystem, dữ liệu tập trung của EDA và hệ thống báo cáo tuân thủ theo 1 số thông tư của Ngân hàng nhà nước.
- Phối hợp với SA của các hệ thống nguồn, phân tích chi tiết yêu cầu của nghiệp vụ về dữ liệu phục vụ báo cáo, phân tích, học máy, xây dựng công thức chi tiết từ dữ liệu nguồn tới yêu cầu của người dùng cuối để làm đầu vào cho đội thiết kế lập trình phát triển.
- Tham gia quản lý BAU và triển khai các dự án và sáng kiến chiến lược liên quan.
\Yêu cầu tuyển dụng
- Yêu cầu ứng viên có tối thiểu 2.5 năm ở vị trí Business Analyst mảng Data, từng làm trong mảng ngân hàng (inhouse/outsourcing)
- Đã nắm được nghiệp vụ cơ bản của ngân hàng: vay, gửi, giao dịch, số dư theo bảng cân đối kế toán,…
- Có kinh nghiệm truy vấn dữ liệu tốt (SQL). Có kiến thức/kinh nghiệm về thiết kế CSDL, hiểu vận hành ảnh hưởng như thế nào tới phân tích sử dụng dữ liệu.
- Kỹ năng phân tích làm rõ và chốt yêu cầu tốt, kỹ năng giao tiếp tốt.
- Tỉ mỉ trong việc phân tích, tìm hiểu, kiểm tra đối chiếu dữ liệu và viết tài liệu cho DWH, Data mart, Data product, Report …
- Có khả năng học hỏi thích nghi nhanh.
- Sẵn sàng học hỏi về thiết kế giải pháp xử lý dữ liệu (ở mức conceptual) và thiết kế mô hình dữ liệu (tầng logical)
- UV cần mô tả được kinh nghiệm cũ một cách cụ thể, thể hiện được logic tư duy, phản biện, và am hiểu quy trình phối hợp làm việc. Ưu tiên ứng viên hiểu tổng quan kiến trúc dữ liệu, luồng dữ liệu end to end.
- BA biết sử dụng Python phục vụ cho việc phân tích dữ liệu là điểm cộng.

- Mức lương: 20- 30 triệu NET + Thưởng dự án.

- Xét tăng lương hàng năm (8-10 triệu/năm)
- Nghỉ phép theo quy định công ty
- Thử việc 2 tháng (lương thử việc 85%)
- Onsite dự án VPBank dài hạn.
