We’re looking for a Test & Qualification Engineer to ensure our products meet the highest standards of performance, safety, and compliance. If you thrive on solving complex engineering challenges and enjoy working across disciplines, this role is for you.
🛠️ What You’ll Do
- Develop and execute test plans for systems and subsystems.
- Validate software, electronics, and mechanical components for uncrewed vehicles and support equipment.
- Collaborate with design and engineering teams to meet qualification requirements.
- Plan and conduct field testing in diverse environments.
- Analyze test data and prepare detailed validation reports.
- Train technical staff on testing processes and equipment.
🎓 What You Bring
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering and APEGA membership (or eligibility).
- 3+ years of experience in testing and qualification.
- Proficiency with tools like LabView, Matlab, Maple.
- Strong technical writing and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team under tight deadlines.
Bonus Points For:
- Experience in aerospace, automotive, or marine systems.
- Developing design standards and technical documentation.
🔐Security & Safety Requirements
- Canadian citizen or Permanent Resident
- Eligible for Canadian Class 2 Security Clearance
- Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions and lift up to 25 kg.
