Job Description

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented HR Intern to join our team. This role offers hands-on experience in Human Resources operations, allowing you to gain practical exposure in recruitment, employee engagement, HR administration, and other day-to-day HR functions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist with the end-to-end recruitment process (job postings, scheduling interviews, screening resumes, initial candidate communications).
  • Support onboarding and orientation activities for new hires.
  • Help maintain and update employee records, HR databases, and personnel files.
  • Assist in organizing HR events and employee engagement activities.
  • Provide administrative support such as preparing HR-related documents, drafting memos, and handling correspondence.
  • Participate in HR projects and initiatives (e.g., process improvements, surveys, policy reviews).
  • Perform ad hoc tasks as assigned by the HR team.

Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you must be:

  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resource Management, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Strong interest in pursuing a career in Human Resources.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and able to handle confidential information with discretion.
  • Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and comfortable using digital tools.
