About the opportunity

Join our team as a Tender and Contract Intern and support smooth administrative and customer‑related workflows within our tender and contract processes. In this role, you will use your Italian language skills to support written communication and help ensure accurate documentation while gaining hands‑on experience working with cross‑functional teams. This internship offers the opportunity to develop professional skills in an international environment and build a strong foundation in administrative and contract‑related work.

Your tasks include

  • Filling in and updating administrative documents related to tenders and contracts.
  • Corresponding with customers in Italy via written channels.
  • Supporting colleagues in daily team activities when needed.
  • Collaborating with other departments to ensure efficient processes and information flow.

Your profile

  • Fluent in Italian, especially in written communication; good English skills are an advantage.
  • Willing to work on a contract of mandate (umowa zlecenie) for six months, with the possibility of extension up to one year.
  • Strong written communication skills and high attention to detail.
  • Able to maintain and update documentation accurately.
  • Well‑organized with strong time‑management and multitasking abilities.
  • Team‑oriented mindset and willingness to support daily operational activities.
  • Comfortable collaborating with various departments and stakeholders.
  • Proficient in MS Office tools (Word, Adobe Pro) and familiar with basic office applications.
  • Reliable, proactive, and able to work independently when required.
