About the opportunity
Your tasks include
- Filling in and updating administrative documents related to tenders and contracts.
- Corresponding with customers in Italy via written channels.
- Supporting colleagues in daily team activities when needed.
- Collaborating with other departments to ensure efficient processes and information flow.
Your profile
- Fluent in Italian, especially in written communication; good English skills are an advantage.
- Willing to work on a contract of mandate (umowa zlecenie) for six months, with the possibility of extension up to one year.
- Strong written communication skills and high attention to detail.
- Able to maintain and update documentation accurately.
- Well‑organized with strong time‑management and multitasking abilities.
- Team‑oriented mindset and willingness to support daily operational activities.
- Comfortable collaborating with various departments and stakeholders.
- Proficient in MS Office tools (Word, Adobe Pro) and familiar with basic office applications.
- Reliable, proactive, and able to work independently when required.

What you'll do
- The intern will support administrative and customer-related workflows within tender and contract processes. This includes filling in and updating documents, corresponding with customers in Italy, and collaborating with other departments.
