Position description:
- Monitor calls for tenders published on national platforms and customers’ portals and communicate opportunities to the sales team.
- Coordinate and follow up on tender activities with sales and other departments
- Analyse the terms and conditions of each tender to ensure compliance with internal company policies.
- Ensure submission of offers on time and in line with public tender regulations.
- Notify sales representatives of contract outcomes (won or lost) and track deadlines for contract renewals.
- Manage the life-cycle of tender-related documents such as contracts, agreements, and amendments.
- Organise the distribution, classification, and archiving of these documents.
- Maintain and update tender database in Salesforce.
- Handle complaints and resolve day-to-day administrative issues related to contracts and tenders.
Position requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree.
- Fluent in Italian, good knowledge of English
- Minimum of 2 years of professional experience, ideally with 1-2 years in project management for tenders or contracts.
- Experience in the medical or biotech industry is advantageous.
- Very good knowledge of Adobe Pro is required; familiarity with CRM systems and Excel will be considered an advantage.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and to work in a fast paced environment.
- Strong sense of ownership and responsibility, with the ability to meet deadlines.
