Summary

Join our Global Supply Planning team and play a key role in shaping efficient supply chain operations across EMEA. In this role, you will drive accurate demand forecasting and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with strategic priorities and customer needs.

Your Tasks

  • You analyze historical sales data and validate demand plans in terms of volumes and values.
  • In this role, you align forecasts with financial targets and strategic priorities, considering new product introductions, lifecycle planning and evaluate ABC segmentations.
  • You build short- and long-term demand forecasts for all sellable goods in your region using statistical methods and incorporating Sales & Marketing input.
  • Leading monthly demand review and consensus meetings with Sales & Marketing is part of your responsibility.
  • You monitor and report forecast accuracy KPIs while identifying improvement opportunities.
  • Driving process enhancements and implementing best practices in demand planning is a key aspect of your work.
  • Collaboration is essential—you work closely with cross-functional partners such as Sales, Marketing, Supply Planning, and Product Management.

Your Profile

  • You hold a Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, or Operations Management (or equivalent experience) and bring at least 3 years of experience in Demand Planning.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills enable you to prioritize and manage multiple tasks effectively.
  • You are proficient in Microsoft Office and have advanced Excel skills.
  • Experience with SAP APO (ideally DP) and IBP is required; knowledge of Qlik or PowerBI is a plus.
  • Fluency in English and German is essential for this role.
  • Your excellent communication and presentation skills help you succeed in a dynamic environment and to collaborate with personnel at all organizational levels.
  • Your pro-active approach enables you to design and drive process improvements.
