Your Tasks
Orders processing using SAP software,
Ensuring invoices accuracy and discrepancy corrections in SAP and e-invoicing systems,
Handling of returns and complaints,
Managing customer database to ensure data accuracy and integrity,
Maintaining positive customer relations via phone, email, and chat within the Salesforce System,
Sustaining positive relations with business partners and other departments.

Your Profile
Good command of English (at least B2/C1 level) written and spoken
Excellent knowledge of Danish is a must
Knowledge of SAP or other ERP system will be an asset
Knowledge of Salesforce or other CRM system will be a plus
Good knowledge of MS Office package
