Since our creation 2 years ago, we have:</p><ul><li><p>Raised €14 million in seed funding led by EQT Ventures and Forgepoint Capital</p></li><li><p>Been incubated both by Microsoft (genAI studio) and Meta (AI program)</p></li><li><p>Deployed our solution to Global 500 companies and leading MSSPs in EMEA and NA (Equans, Nomios, Globalconnect, Almond)</p></li></ul><p><strong>Own the technical success of our customers - from implementation to long‑term optimisation. First TAM hire: build the function from the ground up.</strong></p><p><em>Reporting to the CTO. Partnering closely with our Senior CSM (who owns the commercial relationship).</em></p><h4>What will you do</h4><h5><strong>Implementation &amp; time‑to‑value</strong></h5><ul><li><p>Lead platform implementations end‑to‑end: connector setup, SIEM/EDR/SOAR integrations, playbook wiring, tuning and validation to maximise accuracy and ROI</p></li><li><p>Run technical onboarding: architecture reviews, deployment plans, go‑live checklists, admin/user enablement</p></li></ul><h5><strong>Ongoing technical success &amp; support</strong></h5><ul><li><p>Be the trusted technical advisor for enterprise SOC teams and MSSPs</p></li><li><p>Own technical support and triage: investigate issues, reproduce/debug, drive resolution, and escalate to engineering when needed</p><p><em>(This is a platform role - not a managed MDR/IR service.)</em></p></li><li><p>Identify optimisation opportunities: review investigation outputs, diagnose accuracy issues, and improve operational outcomes</p></li></ul><h5><strong>Product feedback &amp; function building</strong></h5><ul><li><p>Translate customer feedback into actionable insights for product and engineering (clear problem statements, repro steps, impact, proposed fixes)</p></li><li><p>Build the TAM function: playbooks, runbooks, knowledge base, implementation templates, and internal processes</p></li><li><p>Help hire and mentor future TAMs as we scale</p></li></ul><h4>Who you are&nbsp;</h4><h5><strong>You have:</strong></h5><ul><li><p><strong>5+ years in cybersecurity</strong>, with hands‑on<strong> SOC experience (Tier 2/3)</strong> or close work with SOC teams (consulting, delivery, advisory, solutions)</p></li><li><p>Real experience <strong>building SOAR playbooks / automation workflows</strong></p></li><li><p>Strong knowledge of <strong>SIEM/EDR/SOAR ecosystems</strong> (Splunk, Sentinel, CrowdStrike, SentinelOne, XSOAR…)</p></li><li><p><strong>Comfort with APIs</strong> / JSON, <strong>log investigation</strong>, and <strong>practical scripting</strong> (Python and/or SQL is a strong plus)</p></li><li><p><strong>A customer‑facing background</strong> (consulting, solutions engineering, TAM, technical advisory)</p></li><li><p>Ability to switch between deep technical work and strategic customer conversations</p></li><li><p><strong>Fluent English</strong></p></li></ul><h5><strong>Bonus points for:</strong></h5><ul><li><p>MSSP experience</p></li><li><p>Startup / high‑growth environment</p></li><li><p>Experience with AI-driven security tooling and evaluation/quality loops</p></li></ul><h4>Why join us</h4><ul><li><p>First TAM hire: define the function, processes, and standards</p></li><li><p>Direct feedback loop to product and engineering: your input shapes the roadmap</p></li><li><p>Real AI solving a hard operational problem (not chatbot wrappers)</p></li><li><p>Serious customer base: enterprises and top‑tier MSSPs</p></li><li><p>Growth path: evolve into TAM lead as we scale</p></li><li><p>Remote‑friendly, competitive package</p></li></ul><h4>Hiring process</h4><ol><li><p><strong>Intro Call</strong></p></li><li><p><strong>Hiring Manager Interview</strong></p></li><li><p><strong>Case Study</strong></p></li><li><p><strong>Culture fit</strong></p></li></ol>
