In just two years, we have:</p><ul><li><p>Raised $14 million from EQT Ventures and Forgepoint Capital</p></li><li><p>Joined Microsoft's genAI studio and Meta's AI program</p></li><li><p>Deployed our solution with major Enterprises such as Sodexo and GlobalConnect, and leading MSSPs like Orange Cyberdefense</p></li></ul><h3>Mission</h3><p>Own the <strong>entire Finance function</strong> to:</p><ul><li><p>Ensure accurate, timely financial reporting</p></li><li><p>Manage cross-border complexity (US INC + French SAS)</p></li><li><p>Build forecasting and budgeting capabilities</p></li><li><p>Support strategic decisions with financial analysis</p></li></ul><h3>Scope and Responsibilities</h3><h4>Financial Reporting and Close</h4><ul><li><p>Own monthly/quarterly close process</p></li><li><p>Produce analytical P&L (actuals vs budget variance)</p></li><li><p>Manage revenue recognition (ASC 606 / IFRS 15 for SaaS)</p></li><li><p>Prepare investor reporting packages</p></li></ul><h4>Cross-Border and Entity Management</h4><ul><li><p>Manage US INC - French SAS structure</p></li><li><p>Own intercompany agreements and transfer pricing</p></li><li><p>Produce consolidated P&L across entities</p></li><li><p>Coordinate with external accountants/auditors</p></li></ul><h4>Budgeting and Forecasting</h4><ul><li><p>Build and maintain annual budget process</p></li><li><p>Produce rolling forecasts</p></li><li><p>Develop scenario models for strategic planning</p></li></ul><h4>Cash and Treasury</h4><ul><li><p>Manage cash flow forecasting</p></li><li><p>Optimize working capital</p></li><li><p>Monitor burn rate and runway</p></li></ul><h3>Who You Are</h3><ul><li><p>8-12+ years in Finance, with 3+ years in senior roles</p></li><li><p>Strong background in SaaS finance</p></li><li><p>Experience with cross-border structures (US + EU)</p></li><li><p>Revenue recognition expertise (ASC 606 / IFRS 15)</p></li><li><p>CPA, CA, or equivalent preferred</p></li><li><p>Comfortable with hands-on execution</p></li></ul>
