The opportunity 

We’re seeking a Senior Claims Officer to join our Property Claims team. In this pivotal role, you’ll manage complex claims with precision and care - assessing policy coverage, conducting thorough investigations, and negotiating fair outcomes.

Your new role 

  • Manage a portfolio of both complex householder property claims, as well as Complex Farm and Business claims for our Elders brand.

  • Lead the resolution of complex claims, including those involving vulnerable customers.

  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure best practice and compliance.

  • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives across the claims function.

  • Provide timely, accurate support to ensure exceptional service and deliver the best possible results for our customers.

About you 

  • Previous experience within property claims, with a sound understanding of relevant claims processes

  • Experience within Elders and commercial claims, Business Pack and Farm Pack products, is highly desirable but not essential

  • Collaborative and customer-focused, with strong stakeholder engagement skills.

  • Adaptable and resilient, able to manage complex claims in fast-paced environments.

  • Works independently and as part of a team to achieve positive outcomes.

  • Committed to integrity, accountability, and clear communication.
