  • Run standardised Co‑Pilot prompts to compare, summarise and track policy changes, reviewing outputs for accuracy.
  • Prepare underwriting support materials, including renewal checklists, loss run summaries, rationale notes and submission tracking updates.
  • Monitor shared inboxes and intake channels, logging submissions, processing documents and applying correct workflow statuses.
  • Support new business triage by checking completeness, appetite indicators and priorities for Underwriter review.
  • Update workflow fields to track SLAs, audit notes, submission status and processing milestones across MS Lists and SharePoint.
  • Perform validation checks, flag inconsistencies and maintain audit‑ready documentation in SharePoint/OneDrive.
  • Respond to processing queries from Underwriters, UAs and brokers, escalating missing data or issues as required.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to support workload balance, smooth workflow execution and consistent stakeholder experience.
  • Build product and process knowledge, adopt new CoPilot and Microsoft 365 tools, and contribute to continuous process improvement.

About you:

  • Confident using Microsoft Office, with the ability to quickly learn new internal systems; strong working knowledge of MS Lists, SharePoint, shared inboxes and basic Excel.
  • Effective communicator who can collaborate well with Underwriters, UAs and wider cross‑functional teams.
