The Opportunity

We currently have an opportunity for a Claims Support Officer to join our Liability Claims team on a permanent, full-time basis. The focus of this team will be to provide administrative support to the national Liability Claims team.

Your new role

  • Provide critical support for our PI & Liability Claims team, primarily in the lodgement of new claim notifications and payment processing.

  • Monitoring central inboxes for new claims & notifications

  • Process lodgements with precision, gathering and analysing info, being organized, and solving problems efficiently

  • Ensure all data is accurate and up to date.

  • Help streamline processes and improve the way we work.

  • Stay sharp on insurance policies and changes to ensure claims are processed accurately.

  • Build strong relationships with internal and external teams to keep things.

  • Support the execution of user acceptance testing, helping to smooth out process changes and reduce risk.

About you

  • Extensive administration experience is required, ideally within insurance, payments, or accounts.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Suite and familiarity with working across multiple platforms are essential.

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills are needed, along with the ability to collaborate well in a team setting.

  • A customer-focused approach is important, as is confidence in meeting diverse demands and expectations.

  • The role calls for someone highly self-motivated and organised, capable of managing several tasks simultaneously.
