Educational Qualifications
Responsible for the supervision of the Nursing team for the duration of a shift within a Clinic in ensuring delivery of the highest quality Nursing Care to all patients according to QatarEnergy procedures and guidelines.
Required Experience and Skills
- Eligible for Qatar license to practice nursing.
- Additional professional qualification such as Advance Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification is
- preferred.
- ILS (intermediate Life Support).
- Train the trainer or clinical skills certification is preferred.
- Minimum 5 years post registration experience, of which minimum 3 years’ experience in a Primary
- Care or Urgent Care setting.
- Evidence of leadership skills applied knowledge and management skills.
- Working knowledge of IT systems such as Microsoft Word.
- Evidence of continued professional development.
- Proficiency in English written and verbal.
- Proficiency in Arabic is preferred.
Educational Qualifications
- Registered Nurse/minimum 3yr certificated training or BSc Nursing.
