We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Lead (AI) who excels in designing, developing, and delivering AI-powered solutions using the latest .NET technologies and GenAI frameworks. You will act as the technical anchor of an agile AI engineering team, guiding solution architecture, enforcing best coding practices, and ensuring robust, scalable, and maintainable delivery across the .NET and GenAI landscape.

You will collaborate closely with architects, product owners, and cross-functional teams to shape technical vision, solve complex problems, and accelerate our journey in AI innovation.

Key Responsibilities: 

• Lead the design and development of advanced AI/GenAI features using .NET technologies (C#, ASP.NET Core, Web API).
• Own the technical delivery of GenAI projects by hands-on development, code reviews, and troubleshooting.
• Architect and integrate solutions with Microsoft-deployed AI frameworks (Semantic Kernel, Autogen, ML.NET).
• Guide end-to-end implementation: data acquisition, preprocessing, modeling, deployment, and monitoring—all within .NET.
• Collaborate with product and engineering managers to ensure technical feasibility and high-quality business solutions.
• Drive adoption of DevOps/MLOps best practices (Azure DevOps CI/CD, Git, automated testing).
• Mentor engineers, conduct knowledge-sharing sessions, and champion continuous learning in AI and .NET advancements.
• Champion code quality, security, performance optimizations, and documentation across the delivery lifecycle.
• Participate in architecture discussions, technical evaluation of tools/frameworks, and risk assessments. Ensure cloud-native, secure, and scalable deployments—primarily in Azure/GCP environments.

• 7+ years of software engineering experience, with significant exposure to enterprise .NET (C#) development.
• Deep hands-on expertise in ASP.NET Core, Web API, and RDBMS technologies (SQL Server, Azure SQL).
• Advanced proficiency in software architecture, REST APIs, microservices, and cloud-native design.
• Excellent command of Entity Framework Core, LINQ, async/await, dependency injection, and middleware.
• Experience with DevOps workflows (Azure DevOps CI/CD, Git), and automated testing practices.
• Exposure to containerization (Docker) and orchestration (Kubernetes/AKS).
• Experience leading small- to mid-size technical teams, including mentoring and code reviews.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to translate business goals into scalable technical solutions. Good communication and stakeholder management skills.

Desired Skills:

• Hands-on with Azure Cognitive Services, OpenAI’s .NET SDK, and productionizing GenAI/LLM workflows.
• Familiarity with agent orchestration and pipeline frameworks in .NET (Semantic Kernel, Autogen, etc.).
• Cloud services integration: Azure App Service, Functions, Cosmos DB, GCP Cloud Functions/SQL.
• Working knowledge of NoSQL databases (Cosmos DB, MongoDB).
• Front-end collaboration with Angular (paired with ASP.NET Core backends). Security expertise: Azure AD, RBAC, API security and compliance.
