We are recruiting for ERP Support Coordinator- Finance for Ahmedabad, India.

The selected candidate will be responsible for overseeing Enterprise Resource Planning systems, performing troubleshooting activities and interacting with ERP users of Qatar Airways & subsidiaries to ensure system is working properly. Manage master data in multiple ERP modules and ensure that appropriate processes and controls are introduced to proactively manage different issues that could come up related to ERP systems.

Accountabilities:

·          Effectively manage Customer and Supplier master data.

·          Ensure that workflow request received from departments are processed as per SLA to ensure timely billing, invoicing, payment and preparation of purchase orders.

·          Carry out supplier call backs to verify bank details received in workflow request from departments to avoid business email compromise.

·          Ensure all interfaces data are posted daily to ensure core ERP is reflecting financial data from daily operations at all times.

·          Ensure interface errors are resolved on daily basis to avoid any operational disruption.

·          Supports users in using Payables, Receivables, Fixed Assets and Purchasing & Inventory modules effectively by providing assistance as and when required.

·          Test solutions given by Oracle and coordinate with IT to implement the solution to production instance.

·          Support application upgrades as and when required by ensuing modules are upgraded within timelines.

·          Ensure timely & accurately period closing, support and coordinate period closing activity with finance team.

·          Training staff on using ERP systems within domain.

·          Coordinate with Oracle (SR) & IT to resolve issues in ERP in a timely manner.

·        High School Qualification/ Vocational Qualification/ Diploma or equivalent with minimum 3 years of job-related experience

·        Oracle Certification in Finance Modules

·        User level experience in Oracle ERP Finance Modules

·        Excellent computer skills, including MS- Office

·        Good communication skills to handle calls with suppliers

·        Ability to work independently and maintain confidentiality of information & records
