About the role
As the Compliance Manager, you will be responsible to contribute to QRG's overall compliance and governance program. You will:
1. Advise on legal matters relating to a wide range of compliance regulations and legislation including those relating to Sanctions, Export Control, Anti Bribery and Corruption, Due Diligence, Consumer Right, Competition, Governance, and Data Protection;
2. Draft, review and update policies and procedures on a range of legal and compliance matters; and,
3. Understand, interpret and apply compliance law(s) and regulation(s) principles to the QR Group's current and future business strategies.

About you
· Must hold Bachelor's Degree or Equivalent with Minimum 8 years of compliance and regulatory specific legal, compliance, or audit experience.
· Experience in similar position in multi-cultural environment in legal, risk & compliance, including conducting compliance and regulatory monitoring.
· At least 5 years of experience in a large organisation, government regulatory entity or in-house corporate role, in managing compliance and regulatory issues, Compliance Risk Management and third-party risk management such as Due Diligence, Sanctions, Export Control, Governance, Competition and Data Protection.
· Track record of handling complex issues and negotiating with a variety of internal and external stakeholders.
· Managerial skills - Ability to delegate work, set clear direction and manage workflow. Strong mentoring and coaching skills. Ability to train and develop subordinate's skills. Ability to foster teamwork among team members.
· Excellent Command of English language, in written and spoken.
· Excellent writing, communication, organisational, and problem solving skills.
Preferred
· Aviation industry experience.
