PRN Nurse Practitioner (Psychiatric)

Pyramid Healthcare at Tapestry is seeking a compassionate and skilled PRN Nurse Practitioner with psychiatric experience to join our team serving the Mills River area. This role plays a vital part in delivering high-quality, person-centered mental health care that supports our clients’ well-being and long-term recovery.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct comprehensive psychiatric evaluations and assessments
Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
Prescribe and manage psychiatric medications
Collaborate closely with a multidisciplinary care team to ensure coordinated treatment
Provide education and supportive counseling to patients and families
Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
Qualifications
Active Nurse Practitioner (NP) license in the state of North Carolina
Prior experience in psychiatric or mental health settings
Strong clinical assessment and diagnostic skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with a team
Flexibility and reliability to work on a PRN (as needed) basis
