Mental Health Counselor – Women’s Mental Health Program
📍 Lake Ariel, PA | 💰 $60,000 – $65,000/year | 🕘 Full-Time | On-Site
About Us
Tapestry, part of Pyramid Healthcare, is a premier primary mental health program dedicated to supporting adult women on their path to recovery. Our trauma-informed team provides a structured, evidence-based, and compassionate environment where meaningful healing happens every day.
Position Summary
We are seeking a full-time Mental Health Counselor to provide clinical services for women with mental health and co-occurring needs. This role includes conducting assessments, facilitating therapy sessions, and collaborating with a supportive multidisciplinary team.
Responsibilities
Complete assessments and create individualized treatment plans
Facilitate individual, family, and group therapy sessions
Document treatment interventions and progress in our Electronic Clinical Record (ECR)
Participate in case reviews, program development, and staff trainings
Support aftercare planning and discharge processes
Provide crisis support and maintain a safe, therapeutic environment
Qualifications
Master’s degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or related field
Active Pennsylvania licensure at the Master’s level (LCSW, LPC, LMFT)
CPR, AED, and First Aid certification (may be completed upon hire)
Preferred: Experience with trauma, eating disorders, mental health, or co-occurring disorders
