Medical Assistant – Full Time (3 PM – 11 PM Shift)
Location: York, PA
Schedule: Full Time | 3:00 PM – 11:00 PM
Pay: $15–$16 per hour, based on experience

Pyramid Healthcare is excited to invite a passionate Medical Assistant to join our incredible team in York, PA! In this full-time role, you’ll play a crucial part in supporting our dedicated medical staff and guiding clients through their transformative recovery journeys. This is a fantastic opportunity to enhance your skills while making a significant impact in the behavioral healthcare field!
Key Responsibilities:
- Answer phone calls and assist with documentation and filing.
- Maintain and update client medical records.
- Support the admission process and obtain necessary consents.
- Assist with routine medical appointments.
- Take vital signs and collect urine screens, documenting for clinical review.
- Complete and monitor lab requisitions, reviewing results with the medical team.
- Support medication ordering and prior authorization processes.
- Schedule follow-up medical appointments and coordinate external referrals.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the medical team.
Qualifications:
Required: High School Diploma or equivalent.
Preferred: Medical Assistant degree or certification.
