Position Overview:
Pyramid Healthcare is seeking a Full-Time Entry-Level Maintenance Technician to support the daily operations of our new facility in Concord. This role plays a vital part in maintaining a safe, clean, and functional environment for clients and staff. You’ll gain hands-on experience in a variety of maintenance tasks across building systems and grounds.
Schedule:
Monday – Friday, 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM
Rotating on-call responsibilities
Compensation:
25-30$ per hour/dependent on experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform general carpentry and building repairs
Conduct painting, light electrical work (if qualified), and plumbing repairs
Install and repair plumbing fixtures, electrical outlets, fans, and lighting fixtures
Maintain both interior and exterior areas of the facility
Ensure proper functioning of laundry machines and other essential equipment
Operate and maintain tools such as hand tools, saws, drills, and pipe cutters
Track and record time and materials used for tasks
Maintain a clean, safe, and risk-free environment
May assist in training or overseeing assigned helpers
Perform other facility maintenance duties as needed
Qualifications:
High school diploma or GED required
- Valid Drivers License
Prior maintenance or handyman experience preferred, but not required
Basic knowledge of carpentry, plumbing, electrical systems, and general repairs
Ability to use hand and power tools safely and effectively
Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety
Willingness to learn and grow in a team-oriented environment
