Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) – 2nd Shift (3pm–11pm)
Location: Pyramid Healthcare – York, PA
Hourly Rate: $30–$34/hour (before differentials)

Under a passionate leadership team and dedicated support staff, we assist our clients in reclaiming their freedom. We are currently seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our exceptional team of behavioral healthcare professionals and play a key role in our clients’ recovery journeys.

No ADL assistance required: All clients are independent with bathing, feeding, grooming, and personal hygiene.
No catheters, IVs, ports, or midlines.
No blood draws: All labs are completed by a contracted national provider.
Minimal physical demands: No heavy lifting or extended periods of standing/walking.
Fully electronic eMAR system: No paper MARs.
Complete initial nursing assessments for new admissions.
Administer and educate clients on medications.
Learn and assist with detox protocols using COWS and CIWA scales.
Coordinate and support medical providers with assessments and medication management.
Maintain medical equipment in proper working order.
Perform other duties as assigned.
Current or pending LPN license in the state of Pennsylvania.
