Evening Adolescent Outpatient Therapist (Part-Time)
Location: High Focus Centers, Paoli, PA

Position Overview:
We are seeking a part-time Adolescent Outpatient Therapist to provide high-quality, developmentally-informed care within our evening outpatient programs. This role involves working directly with teens and their families in a supportive and structured therapeutic setting.


Schedule:




  • Evening hours, approximately 3:00pm–7:00pm




  • Flexibility to meet client and program needs




Key Responsibilities:




  • Facilitate individual, group, and family therapy sessions for adolescent clients.




  • Conduct biopsychosocial assessments and develop individualized treatment plans in collaboration with clients and families.




  • Support adolescents with emotional, behavioral, academic, and developmental-related challenges.




  • Utilize evidence-based modalities aligned with adolescent needs (e.g., CBT, DBT skills, motivational interviewing, family systems approaches).




  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation in compliance with program standards.




  • Communicate professionally with families, referral sources, schools, and clinical team members.




  • Provide crisis intervention, stabilization, and safety planning as needed.




  • Participate in multidisciplinary treatment team meetings to support client progress and care coordination.




Qualifications:




  • Education: Master’s degree in psychology, social work, counseling, or a related field required.




  • Licensure: Active LPC, LCSW, LMFT, or equivalent in Pennsylvania preferred; supervision eligible candidates encouraged to apply.




  • Experience: Prior experience working with adolescents in a behavioral health or related setting.




  • Familiarity with evidence-based treatment for adolescent populations.




  • Strong communication, engagement, and documentation skills.




  • Comfort working with both clients and families as part of treatment.
