Evening Adolescent Outpatient Therapist (Part-Time)
Location: High Focus Centers, Paoli, PA

Position Overview:
We are seeking a part-time Adolescent Outpatient Therapist to provide high-quality, developmentally-informed care within our evening outpatient programs. This role involves working directly with teens and their families in a supportive and structured therapeutic setting.
Schedule:
Evening hours, approximately 3:00pm–7:00pm
Flexibility to meet client and program needs
Key Responsibilities:
Facilitate individual, group, and family therapy sessions for adolescent clients.
Conduct biopsychosocial assessments and develop individualized treatment plans in collaboration with clients and families.
Support adolescents with emotional, behavioral, academic, and developmental-related challenges.
Utilize evidence-based modalities aligned with adolescent needs (e.g., CBT, DBT skills, motivational interviewing, family systems approaches).
Maintain accurate and timely documentation in compliance with program standards.
Communicate professionally with families, referral sources, schools, and clinical team members.
Provide crisis intervention, stabilization, and safety planning as needed.
Participate in multidisciplinary treatment team meetings to support client progress and care coordination.
Qualifications:
Education: Master’s degree in psychology, social work, counseling, or a related field required.
Licensure: Active LPC, LCSW, LMFT, or equivalent in Pennsylvania preferred; supervision eligible candidates encouraged to apply.
Experience: Prior experience working with adolescents in a behavioral health or related setting.
Familiarity with evidence-based treatment for adolescent populations.
Strong communication, engagement, and documentation skills.
Comfort working with both clients and families as part of treatment.
