Compensation: $15–$16 per hour | Full Benefits Package

9:00 AM – 5pm or until rides are complete | Sunday–Thursday (Off Friday & Saturday)
12:00 PM – 8:00 PM or until rides are complete | Wednesday–Sunday (Off Monday & Tuesday)
Position Summary
Pyramid Healthcare – Concord is seeking a dependable and compassionate Driver to support individuals in the early stages of substance use and mental health recovery. This role is responsible for providing safe, timely, and professional transportation for clients to and from program locations throughout the Southeast, including North Carolina, Georgia, and Virginia. The ideal candidate understands the importance of confidentiality, professionalism, and client safety while contributing to a supportive recovery environment.
Key Responsibilities
Safely transport clients to and from designated regional locations in accordance with company policies and safety standards
Supervise and support clients during transport to ensure safety, comfort, and appropriate conduct
Maintain accurate and timely transportation documentation
Respond calmly and effectively to emergency or unexpected situations
Perform light housekeeping duties at designated locations when not driving
Work independently while managing time, routes, and responsibilities efficiently
Lift up to 50 lbs. as needed
Complete additional duties as assigned
Qualifications
Valid driver’s license with a safe driving record
High School Diploma or GED preferred (not required)
Prior driving or healthcare experience preferred but not required
Strong communication, interpersonal, and teamwork skills
Ability to maintain confidentiality and demonstrate professionalism at all times
Sound judgment, problem-solving skills, and ability to handle crisis situations responsibly
Flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
Willingness to participate in company-provided training and development
Ability to interact respectfully with diverse populations and make ethical, objective decisions
