Pyramid Healthcare is seeking a Clinical Supervisor to join their amazing team in Walnut Cove, NC!


Salary: $62k - $68k per year


Schedule: Monday- Friday


Requirements: NC Masters Level Counseling Licensure (LCMHC, LCSW, LCAS)


Summary:



  •  Responsible for facilitating and supervision of all clinical services for program as outlined by facility standards and in accordance with clinical philosophy of program.


 Essential Duties and Responsibilities:



  • Assess potential clients for the appropriate level of care requirements and diagnose as appropriate.

  • Assists the counselors in the development of the treatment plans. 

  • Facilitates treatment team meetings and participates in case consults. 

  • Provides individual and group supervision to the counselors and other staff as assigned. 

  • Maintains caseload as needed. 

  • Assists the facility leadership in developing new programs for the facility. 

  • Clerical duties as required for maintenance of client files.

  • Listens to clients concerning all areas of treatment. 

  • Maintains safe, orderly and therapeutic environment for clients including crisis intervention. 

  • Ensures clinical program occurs daily as scheduled. 

  • Completion of all required trainings as designated by the company and accreditation/licensing entities. 

  • Other duties as assigned. 


Supervisory Responsibilities



  • Day-to-Day supervision and training of clinical department staff. 


Required Qualifications Education, Licensure, & Experience



  • Master’s Degree from an accredited college with a major in chemical dependency, psychology, social work, counseling 

  • Master’s level licensure: Marriage and family therapy, social work, professional counseling  within the mental health/ trauma, eating disorder, and substance use domains.  Previous supervisory experience.
