Behavioral Health Technician / Recovery Support Specialist – Overnight Shift (SUD Treatment)
Location: Concord, MA (NEW Facility!)
Schedule: Full-Time or Part-Time | Overnight Shifts Sunday through Thursday
Pay Rate: $20 per hour plus Shift Differentials

Position Summary
We are seeking reliable and compassionate Behavioral Health Technicians (BHTs) to join our overnight team. In this role, you'll play a vital part in maintaining a safe, therapeutic environment during the nighttime hours, ensuring continuous support for clients as they work toward recovery. Full-time and part-time options are available with flexible scheduling across weekdays and weekends.
Key Responsibilities
Support new admissions, including paperwork and orientation as needed
Conduct routine safety checks and monitor client behavior throughout the night
Document observations and interactions accurately in shift logs
Respond to emergencies or crises in collaboration with clinical staff
Ensure a calm, structured environment that supports client safety and stability
Assist with early-morning routines or medication lines under supervision
Maintain adherence to schedules and treatment protocols
Perform additional duties as assigned
Qualifications
Required: High school diploma or GED
Preferred: Valid driver’s license
Preferred: Experience in behavioral health, substance use treatment, or similar setting
