We offer behavioral healthcare services – psychiatry, addiction recovery, mental disorder treatment, etc. – that allow clients at all stages of recovery or rehabilitation to reclaim health and well-being.
Summary: An essential role in the delivery of residential and outpatient treatment services. This is a direct care position with the primary responsibility of interacting with and supervising clients in treatment. The role assists the clinical and administrative teams in identifying and serving client needs. Pay: $15 before shift differentials. Shift Differentials: 1st Shift Differentials: (Saturday and Sunday) $1.00 2nd Shift Differentials: (Monday - Friday) $1.00; (Saturday and Sunday) $1.50 3rd Shift Differentials: (Monday - Friday) $1.50; (Saturday and Sunday) $1.50 Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Complete the intake process with new clients into the program. Maintain client documentation. Observe and document client self-administration of medication as applicable. Coordinate client activities. Follow objectives of treatment plans and client-specific needs. Evaluate the behavioral and emotional needs of clients and provide responses, including crisis intervention. Maintain a safe, clean, and orderly physical environment. Assist with the dietary needs of clients. Other duties as assigned. Education: High School Diploma required. Prefer behavioral health experience or general healthcare experience. Current CPR, AED, and First Aid certification preferred.

What you'll do
- The Behavioral Health Technician is responsible for interacting with and supervising clients in treatment, assisting clinical and administrative teams in identifying and serving client needs. This includes completing intake processes, maintaining documentation, and evaluating clients' behavioral and emotional needs.
