Join our dynamic kitchen team and play a vital role in creating exceptional dining experiences! We’re looking for a dedicated Steward/Dishwasher & Kitchen Cleaner who thrives in a fast-paced environment, values cleanliness, and enjoys working as part of a team. This is PM Shift. Shifts typically run 3 pm to 11pm or 4pm to 12am or 5pm to 1am. Must have weekends and holidays availability
Responsibilities
Dishwashing Excellence: Clean and sanitize dishes, glassware, utensils, pots, and pans efficiently to keep operations running smoothly.
Maintain Kitchen Cleanliness: Ensure all kitchen areas meet the highest standards of hygiene and sanitation.
Support Team Operations: Collaborate with chefs and staff to maintain workflow and organization.
Organize Supplies: Keep storage areas neat and stocked for easy access.
Positive Energy: Contribute to a friendly, team-oriented atmosphere.
Qualifications
Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle physical demands.
Team player with good communication skills.
Flexible schedule: evenings, weekends, and holidays required.
Basic knowledge of kitchen safety and sanitation practices.
