Job Summary
The Hilton University of Florida Conference Center is seeking a dependable and guest-focused AM Server to join our food and beverage team. This position is responsible for delivering high-quality service during breakfast and lunch service to hotel guests, conference attendees, and restaurant patrons.
Schedule
Full-time position
Morning and early afternoon shifts
Weekdays, weekends, and holidays required based on business needs
Key Responsibilities
Greet guests promptly and professionally
Take food and beverage orders accurately and deliver them in a timely manner
Maintain knowledge of menus and make appropriate recommendations
Ensure tables, dining areas, and service stations are clean and properly set
Process guest checks and payments accurately
Follow Hilton brand standards, food safety, and sanitation guidelines
Communicate effectively with kitchen and service teams to ensure smooth service
What are we looking for?
Qualifications
Previous serving experience preferred; hotel or breakfast service experience a plus
Strong customer service and communication skills
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
Professional appearance and positive attitude
Ability to stand and walk for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs
