The Warehouse Coordinator is responsible for supporting efficient warehouse operations through accurate inventory management, purchasing, receiving, and distribution of materials and equipment. This position ensures compliance with company policies, safety standards, and operational procedures while supporting field operations through timely and accurate fulfillment of material and equipment needs.Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
Coordinate and perform daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storing, issuing, and tracking inventory.
Receive incoming materials and equipment, verify accuracy against purchase orders, and ensure proper documentation.
Operate forklifts and other material-handling equipment in accordance with safety guidelines.
Maintain accurate inventory records and conduct scheduled cycle counts.
Procure materials and equipment and coordinate with vendors and suppliers.
Create, process, and manage purchase orders in the company’s ERP system (Sedona).
Maintain warehouse organization, cleanliness, and compliance with safety standards.
Inspect, maintain, and organize shop tools and equipment.
Administer the check-in and check-out of specialty tools and equipment.
Transport tools, materials, equipment, and man lifts to field technicians as required.
Safely operate company vehicles and tow trailers in support of operational needs.
Communicate professionally with customers, vendors, and internal personnel and relay relevant information for follow-up or resolution.
Support the maintenance and upkeep of warehouse equipment.
Perform additional duties as assigned by management.
Education & Qualifications:
High School Diploma or GED required.
Vocational or technical training preferred.
Prior warehouse, logistics, or industry-related experience preferred.
Demonstrated ability to maintain accurate records and documentation.
Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
Experience using hand tools, power tools, forklifts, ladders, and warehouse equipment.
Must possess a valid driver’s license.
Must have a clean driving record in accordance with company motor vehicle standards.
Must be able to safely tow a trailer.

Performs other duties as assigned.
Physical Requirements:
Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
Must be able to lift up to 40 pounds at times.
Must be able to navigate warehouse and reach items both high and low.
