We help integrate security elements efficiently and reliably into the technological units of the client's business. We provide assurance that any changes affecting the IT environment will be fundamentally safe and allow a quick return on the client's investment. The team, which focuses on identities, privileged access management, and cloud security, is part of our broader Cyber Security team.  

About the manager

Martin Zbořil is a leader of the Identity and Cloud Security team, and his major experience lies in cloud security. Within this area, Martin also finished his PhD study. Besides cloud security, he has extensive knowledge also of many other areas of cybersecurity. Martin builds a cross-functional team that includes the IAM area and cloud security with a strong focus on protection of data in the cloud. Martin pays great attention to upskilling and personal development which might be considered also as his hobby. In his personal life, he is a sports enthusiast and among his favorite sports belong football, golf, skiing, gym, cycling, tennis and many others.

Job description & summary 

As a Microsoft Security and Secure AI Consultant, you'll work directly with colleagues and clients to secure their Microsoft and AI implementations. Security is a critical challenge in AI deployment, and we're helping our clients overcome it. In this role, you'll develop your consulting skills and expertise in deploying primarily Microsoft Security services (both Modern Work and Azure areas, especially data and Purview), with a focus on the interconnected fields of Microsoft Security and AI, including the Microsoft Copilot family. We're seeking someone who can become a leader in both areas. This role is perfect for someone eager to become a champion in both cybersecurity and AI while contributing to dynamic projects across diverse industries.

You needn't be an expert in the AI security or cloud security area, we can help you to become so. All you need is:

• Proficiency in both Czech (or Slovak) and English languages

• Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written skills: ability to clearly and concisely articulate issues, alternatives, and recommendations.

• Foundational knowledge of cyber security principles.

• Familiarity with Microsoft security and compliance tools.

• Have an interest in AI and knowledge of AI principles.

• Be familiar with elements of IT infrastructure (cloud, networks, servers, databases, etc.).

• Consistent, reliable, and professional personality with a sense of ownership, cable of working within international & diverse teams.

• Ability to quickly adapt to and master new technologies.

• But mainly, want to learn new things.

Your advantages could be: 

• Proficiency in German language, or other Germanic language.

• Hands-on experience with Microsoft Purview or other DLP solutions.

• Hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure or other cloud providers.

• Microsoft security certifications, such as SC-100, SC-200, SC-300, SC-400 etc.

• Extended experience with deployment of AI and definition of AI use cases.

• Professional experience with cyber security or IT risk topics.

• Experience with / knowledge of IAM (Identity and Access Management)

• Project management skills.
