Enterprise Managed Services (EMS) at PwC Poland is experiencing dynamic growth as a key component of our Managed Services Operations. You’ll collaborate with top consulting professionals and contribute to comprehensive finance services, including accounting, reporting, tax, and financial planning & analysis, as part of diverse and challenging projects. 

Your future role:

  • Assist leadership with operational and project-related tasks,
  • Prepare financial analyses, reports, and presentations,
  • Participate in project meetings and contribute to actionable recommendations,
  • Collaborate with consulting and operations teams on engagements,
  • Research market trends and gather data for strategic analysis.

Apply if you have:

  • A student status or a diploma in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or related fields,
  • Availability to work 40 hours per week,
  • An ability to learn quickly, focus on results, show courage, are curious, and want rapid growth,
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to work with data, 
  • Proficiency in co-pilot powered MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint),  
  • Gen-AI literacy, understanding of Agentic AI concept and its application, 
  • Excellent communication skills, independence, and initiative, 
  • Eagerness to develop in the consulting area with exposure to sales, service offerings, and execution.  

Nice to have:

  • Previous completion of an internship program in another organization.
