These individuals analyse client needs, implement software solutions, and provide training and support for seamless integration and utilisation of business applications, enabling clients to achieve their strategic objectives.In Workday programme management at PwC, you will focus on overseeing and managing large-scale Workday implementation projects within an organisation. Working in Workday programme management will involve coordinating multiple projects, resources, and stakeholders to enable successful delivery of Workday solutions. You will work closely with business leaders, project managers, and technical teams to define project objectives, develop project plans, allocate resources, monitor progress, and mitigate risks.

Responsibilities:
Lead development of Workday delivered and custom reports aligned with business requirements.
Architect and implement Prism Analytics data models for advanced reporting needs.
Integrate external data sources into Prism for cross-functional analytics.
Ensure data security and role-based access for analytic reports.
Optimize reporting performance and data accuracy.
Collaborate with stakeholders to identify KPIs and build executive dashboards.
Provide training on reporting tools for business users.
Maintain documentation for reports and analytic configurations.
Support ongoing maintenance and troubleshooting of reports.
Leverage new Prism features and updates for enhanced insights.
Mandatory skill sets:
Workday HCM Integration: Workday Studio
Preferred skill sets:
With certification, must have demonstrated consulting & end-to-end implementation experience in Workday
Years of experience required:
Minimum 2 - 5 years of relevant experience
Overall experience can vary between 8 - 14 Years
Education qualification:
Work experience in IT & ITeS/Software product companies preferred
B.E/B.Tech + MBA (optional)
