The Opportunity

When you join PwC Acceleration Centers (ACs), you step into a pivotal role focused on actively supporting various Acceleration Center services, from Advisory to Assurance, Tax and Business Services. In our innovative hubs, you’ll engage in challenging projects and provide distinctive services to support client engagements through enhanced quality and innovation. You’ll also participate in dynamic and digitally enabled training that is designed to grow your technical and professional skills.

As part of the Software and Product Innovation team you will create seamless, engaging, and ethical user experiences for AI-driven products and applications. As a Manager you will lead teams and manage client accounts, focusing on strategic planning and mentoring junior staff. This position offers the chance to shape the future of user experience in AI, collaborating with experts to deliver innovative solutions that prioritize sustainability and user satisfaction.

About the Role

We’re looking for a hands-on UX Designer who thrives on turning ideas into interactive, testable experiences. You’ll design user flows, prototypes, and system aligned interfaces in Figma, working closely with product and engineering partners to deliver high quality, accessible, and scalable user experiences across the Concourse platform.

You’ll do things like:

Design and prototype end-to-end experiences across responsive web and native.

Build and refine components using the Concourse design system in Figma.

Collaborate closely with engineers to ensure implementation of high fidelity designs.

Run usability tests and apply insights to continuously improve designs.

Contribute to system libraries and documentation for shared patterns.

Participate in agile sprints and design reviews, providing constructive feedback.

You’ll bring:

+5 years of UX or product design experience.

Advanced proficiency in Figma (auto-layout, variables, prototyping, tokens).

Strong foundation in usability, accessibility (WCAG), and responsive design.

Experience with prototyping tools (e.g., Figma, Framer, ProtoPie).

Comfort collaborating in agile product teams.

Portfolio showing real shipped work and impact on user experience.

Nice to have:

Motion or interaction design experience.

Experience with analytics-driven iteration or A/B testing.

Familiarity with GenAI-assisted or component automation tools.
