About the role:

Join PwC's growing Valuations team! We have around 150 people in the UK and, unlike other firms, we specialise along industry lines, as we believe having a deep understanding of the issues and opportunities facing each sector is critical to producing commercial and robust valuations.   

We are seeking motivated and experienced professionals for our Real Estate Valuations team.  

Your role will involve assessing the value of businesses, shares, and assets for diverse clients, collaborating with colleagues from due diligence, corporate finance, restructuring, tax, and audit to support strategic decisions and compliance. 

What your days will look like:

• Manage project delivery, engaging with clients, and ensuring timely, quality outputs. 

• Analyze business plans and sector dynamics using PwC's analytics tools. 

• Guide and support junior team members through coaching and development. 

• Oversee workstreams within larger engagements, ensuring quality and alignment.

• Are comfortable in fast-paced settings, capable of handling large volumes of information with strategic insight.

• Must possess RICS Qualifications (or an international equivalent) or have equivalent work experience.  This includes international candidates who qualify through experience in their home country.
