About this role

Global - BPM Deployment Territory Deployment Lead

About the role

The Territory Deployment Lead for Global BPM oversees the full programme plan for deploying BPM across a designated territory. The role ensures high‑quality execution by coordinating with the Global BPM Deployment Director, executive stakeholders, product teams, and territory teams. Responsibilities include defining programme structures and ways of working, managing dependencies, risks and issues, and maintaining clear plans, RAID logs, and status reporting. The role requires strong communication skills to translate complex deliverables into clear messages and to influence stakeholders at all levels, including C‑Suite. The Lead must drive problem‑solving, remove obstacles, and coach team members while navigating a complex organisational landscape. Success in the role demands extensive programme management experience—ideally 10+ years in global, financial or professional services environments—along with adaptability, resilience, and strong relationship‑building abilities. The position offers a supportive benefits package, flexible working, medical cover, volunteering days, and recognition for meaningful contributions.

What your days will look like:

  • Leading programme management activity across business transformation, technology, change and process engineering.
  • Defining programme structures, ways of working and the cadence of interactions across territories and internal teams.
  • Coaching team members to support their development and performance.
  • Gathering information from product and territory teams to document dependencies, assumptions, constraints and milestones.
  • Monitoring programme‑level risks and issues, ensuring mitigation plans are actioned and visible.

This role is for you if

  • You have deep experience delivering complex enterprise programmes across Finance and Engagement domains, ideally handling multiple parallel projects.
  • You communicate confidently with all levels of stakeholders, including C‑Suite, simplifying complexity with clarity.
  • You adapt quickly to shifting priorities while maintaining professionalism and effectiveness.
  • You proactively review risks, implement mitigation strategies and manage financial tracking.
  • You build strong long‑term relationships across product and territory teams, representing BPM effectively.
  • You navigate complex organisational structures, connecting dozens of product, BAU and global/territory teams.

What you’ll receive from us:

No matter where you may be in your career or personal life, our benefits are designed to add value and support, recognising and rewarding you fairly for your contributions.

We offer a range of benefits including empowered flexibility and a working week split between office, home and client site; private medical cover and 24/7 access to a qualified virtual GP; six volunteering days a year and much more
