PwC's Palantir Centre of Excellence forms an integral part of our Data & AI practice, where we are scaling AI-led transformation across industries and sectors, deepening our alliances and growing our joint tech and AI capability. Our aim is to ensure clients can navigate the complexities of digital evolution, harnessing the full potential of their technology investments. We are proud of our track record of delivering complex, end-to-end Palantir Foundry-enabled solutions and have a strong pipeline of opportunities to work with leading global and local brands across multiple industries.

At PwC Consulting, we lead with insight and deliver with purpose. You’ll work alongside experts across industries to design and deliver forward-looking solutions. Our reimagined operating model brings together sector-aligned, solution-led teams empowered to move fast, think boldly, and create real impact. Whether transforming finance, enabling digital change, or shaping national visions, you’ll be part of a collaborative, forward-thinking community—built to grow with you and the world around us.

What your days will look like:

  • Lead, inspire and guide your delivery team, using consulting skills to design and implement Palantir Foundry-enabled solutions that drive strategic transformations through technology, AI and data.
  • Apply your strong understanding of Palantir Foundry to drive value creation and strategic transformation for clients, optimising their digital investment for maximum business impact.
  • Collaborate with Palantir Forward Deployed Engineers and client SMEs to take ownership of projects, ensuring their successful planning, budgeting, robust execution, and completion.
  • Coordinate effectively with cross-functional experts, leveraging diverse skills to deliver tailored, high-value solutions to clients across complex environments.
  • Coach and leverage your team’s unique strengths, deepening their expertise and managing performance to deliver on client expectations.
  • Build meaningful connections with stakeholders, fostering collaboration and shared growth through integrity and authenticity.
  • Identify opportunities that contribute to the success of PwC and our strategic alliance with Palantir.
  • Uphold and reinforce professional and technical standards, the firm's code of conduct, and independence requirements.

This role is for you if:

  • Experience across data/analytics/engineering or consulting. Track record of high-quality delivery of scalable data products within complex client environments.
  • Expert knowledge of Foundry building blocks (e.g. Ontology, pipelines, apps, AIP). Palantir Foundry certifications desirable.
  • Strong experience in object-oriented design, software engineering and demonstrated proficiency in at least one relevant coding language (e.g. Python/PySpark, R, Java, Typescript, SQL). Experience with one modern LLM stack (OpenAI/Azure OpenAI, HF, vLLM/LangChain/LlamaIndex) desirable.
  • Proven experience in UX design and/or data visualisation.
  • Some understanding of data engineering, data modelling, and platform integration across enterprise environments.
  • Proven ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions and ability to lead and collaborate effectively in teams of technical and non-technical individuals.
  • Experience in Financial Services, Government, Healthcare, Energy or Manufacturing.
  • Transferable government clearance (SC, DV) desirable.
